Hello!

Though I am a self-taught felt artist, I formally trained at the Reigate School of Art and Design, where I specialised and earned my degree in Textile Design. But it was in my own playful experimentation away from the classroom with countless mediums, that I found my true voice through needle felting. It’s tactile, immersive and endlessly satisfying.

An art form that captivated me completely and speaks through mischievous animals, whimsical creatures and characters that seem to leap to life with personality and charm. They are more than art; they are companions, each with their own stories, names and quirks.

After my first successful open studio exhibition and winning two arts & crafts awards, I chose to focus completely on creating three-dimensional needle felted sculptures.

It wasn’t long before my work caught the eye of curators and institutions, culminating in a prestigious invitation to lead a weekend workshop at a renowned arts & crafts festival, held on the illustrious grounds of West Dean College – one of the world’s foremost centres for arts, design,

craft and conservation.

I was honoured with the opportunity to teach at this celebrated institution. The workshop was an overwhelming success, drawing praise from both seasoned artists and eager beginners alike. I delighted in sharing the joy of needle felting with others, watching as students discovered the same playful spirit and sense of freedom that fuelled my own journey.
